Premier Dalton McGuinty freezes 1% annual increase on ODSP Benefits for 3 years effective this year!

In early April Premier McGuinty said he would freeze Ontario Disability Support Program payments to disabled for three years.
The maximum one can receive right now (monthly) is $1064.00.
Until now there was an annual cost of living increase of about 1%:  what is McGuinty trying to do?
Make us disabled suffer more?
Give us more stress?
Prices go up and we hardly can manage as it is.
CPP Disability gives annual cost of living increases and hasn't announced any freeze: Does McGuinty have a clue at all about the price of peanut butter, milk, bread, sugar and tuna and/or how those prices increase over the period of one year?
He should resigfn because of extreme ignorance and his hurting the disabled and making the stress more unbearable than it already is for people with heart conditions, arthritis, psychiatric problems and perhaps causing them to be hospitalized or have a stroke or nervous breakdown!
There has been no clear mention from Andrea Horwath of the NDP as to whether the Liberals have agreed to allow the increases and she should not have agreed not to have an election if McGuinty will not allow the increases!
